Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms govern access to and use of the Origire Platform and Origire Invest websites and services, operated by Origire Technologies ("we", "us"). By using the service you accept these Terms.

2. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. You may not share access with third parties without our consent.

3. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, misleading, or infringing use of the service.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or bulk extraction of data.
  • No uploading of personal data of third parties without a lawful basis; you are the controller of the data you upload and warrant that you have that basis.
  • No attempts to defeat security, RLS, or access controls.

4. Content and data

You retain rights to data you upload. You grant us a licence to process it to operate the service. Aggregated, de-identified statistics may be used to improve the product.

5. Third-party listing data

The platform surfaces information from public real-estate listings and other sources. We do not warrant accuracy, availability, or fitness for a specific purpose. Do not treat platform outputs (including AVM valuations) as investment advice.

6. Fees

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycle, and cancellation are described at checkout. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or where such limitation is not permitted by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time from your profile; deletion procedures are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Athens, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
