How fees actually work
- Connections we make. When a connection is made through the platform, OrigiRE charges 10% of any and all considerations, paid directly or indirectly, that result from that connection.
- Investor ↔ agent introductions. When an investor comes to the platform — to find a property, to proceed on one they found here, or to appoint an agent to buy or sell — we share the agent's fees and deliberately take less than 50% (currently 40%), so the agent keeps the majority and stays incentivised.
- Your own contacts. If you add your own contacts and assign them work, no fee is due to OrigiRE — we did not make the connection.
- Using the platform for your own work. Affiliates using the system for their own purposes simply pay per use, as listed above.
- Assignments you win here. If you receive an assignment from a party you did not add to the system, a reference fee applies under the terms you accept before seeing the details.
OrigiRE acts solely as a platform allowing parties to connect, communicate and execute. OrigiRE takes no responsibility for the work, quality, conduct or performance of any party; every engagement is contracted directly between the parties involved.
