Why we built Origire
After eight years of investing our own capital in Greek real estate, we kept hitting the same wall: the data needed to underwrite a property correctly — at the floor, condition, view, and renovation-cost level — did not exist as a structured dataset. We built it for ourselves. Origire is that dataset, productised, with a co-investment vehicle attached.
